I’m Tamanna, a Writer/Director trained at FTII, Pune. I am inclined towards writing character-driven narratives that lend themselves to a visual style that I build using a top-down approach.
Before finding a life in filmmaking, I was training to be a therapist in Mumbai. That time shaped what stories speak to me, how I write, how I direct actors, and how I try to build spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest in front of a camera.
